Our services are competitively priced to make sure that you don't pay through the nose for fruitless searches.

Most fees are based upon a percentage of the successful applicant's salary or in some instances a fixed flat fee may be offered in return for services rendered.

We offer a flexible and unique approach to our fees which enables our Clients to manage their cashflow through a monthly payment plan.  We do not typically demand the whole fee upon initial appointment, unless this suits you.

We strongly believe this flexible attitude to our fee structure not only benefits our Client's cashflow but also aids the long term planning and review of their talent pipeline for the organisation.  We believe this also reduces the risk for the Client, compared to traditional one-off recruiter fees and provides greater trust and flexibility.
